The JP Top PDF Pattern – Inspired by Janet Poole

The JP Top is a loose fitting knit top with a bust dart. This pattern is inspired by Janet Poole, one of my Anna Dress Pattern Testers. I made a mistake with the yardage amounts in the tester group. After purchasing her fabric, Janet realized she didn’t have enough. I’m so blessed… many of the other testers in our group offered suggestions to work around the shortage. Listening to all the ideas, I decided to create a top from the bodice pieces. I redesigned the neckline and sleeve based on Janet’s input about her Anna Dress Pattern likes and dislikes. This pattern is the first in my New “Spread the Sewing Love” Collection.    A tribute to all the support I receive from my pattern testers and all my sewing customers. Thank You!
