Black Cut Through-Sew Through Elastic

Description

This Black Cut Through-Sew Through Elastic is 1 1/2″ wide.  You can cut it to any width you need.  Simply cut along the grooves that run lengthwise along the elastic.  After it’s cut, it will not ravel or fray.   Perfect for many waistband applications.  I use it in my Easy Fit and Sew Yoga Pants Waistbands.
