The update includes information to save time when prepping your pattern pieces by using the extra fit allowance at the shoulder to adjust for forward ball of shoulder vs. adjusting the pattern pieces for a forward shoulder. Plus, a better way to measure cap height for the pattern you are working with vs. using a standard body measurement. After you download the pdf, the page numbers include a letter after them so you can insert them into the complete pdf. For example, page 5a should be inserted after page 5
