Join Gail and me for and fun, festive and inspiring sewing event. Holiday Zen with Gail and Jen is a one day hands-on sewing event. Start the day with coffee and some yummy bites while mingling around and making friends. Then we’re going to start working on the Zen Jacket. This easy to wear jacket is designed to take you through the holiday season and beyond. In the morning you’ll have the opportunity to try on jackets to quickly pick the best size to work with. Then, I’ll show you how to adjust your pattern pieces for a flattering fit. After we get our pattern pieces cut out, it’s time for lunch and a fashion show featuring our new Zen Collection. In the afternoon Gail is going to show you how to become best friends with your serger. Learn how to get professional results while constructing your jacket. Plus, see how easy it is to add just the right amount of sparkle with a few simple embellishment techniques. Price includes a kit that will have everything you need to create your Zen Jacket except for thread and basic sewing supplies. A detailed outline and supply list will be emailed after October 1.
